The Tormarton three tier end table works in almost every situation; by the bed, by the sofa, by the chair and as a great lamp table next to a chimney piece. Shown here in grey fruitwood with the drawer lined in our signature polka dot, the Tormarton table really looks the part.

I particularly like this Tormarton side table for its turned legs and open shelving - the grey-washed fruitwood finish adds just enough warmth without feeling too heavy. It sits equally well in a country-style living room or a modern nautical hallway, and the two lower tiers are perfect for stacking your favourite coffee-table books or displaying a couple of baskets for extra storage.
Styling tip: keep the top surface simple with a low vase or a small lamp, then use matching tones in your baskets or accessories on the shelves below. Its compact footprint means it can also work as a bedside stand in a guest room, while still offering plenty of display and storage space.
