In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.

Carefully proportioned to fit smaller spaces, the Snug two seater fabric power recliner sofa is also designed with comfort in mind. Recent design improvements include a stronger frame and higher density foam with fibre seat cushions resting on no-sag springs. Relax and feel the support of the high back with inbuilt cushioned headrests and luxurious fibre filled back cushions, with padded arm cushions adding to all enveloping comfort. This usefully compact and space-saving small sofa is beautifully upholstered in high quality soft touch fabric. The Snug two seater fabric power recliner sofa is part of the Snug collection, exclusive to Furniture Village. Top Tip:To keep your fabric sofa or chair looking good, plump the seat and back cushions and any scatter cushions regularly, and – where possible – turn and rotate to ensure even wear. Plumping and rotation is important as interiors settle over time, and some fabrics can show wear on areas of more use or in direct sunlight. Using a soft brush or vacuuming with the curtain attachment weekly prolongs the life of fabric upholstery. Ideally clean professionally annually. If your sofa or chair is a recliner model, please allow time for the recliner to settle. Minor gaps are necessary for ease of motion, and vary depending on floor type. Manual recliners can feel a little stiff at first, but the motion eases with use.
