This sofa bed’s ratchets will make a clicking sound while being adjusted. This is not a fault. Upholstery will be slightly relaxed to facilitate sofa bed mechanism. Plump and dress cushions daily. Leather has unique marks and characteristics with variation in colour and texture. Leather softens with use. Smoothing the tops of leather cushions prevents signs of visual comfort.
