Enter the design legend with this reissue of an iconic light. The famous “Pantop” lamp was created in 1980 by the famous Danish architect and designer Verner Panton (1926-1998). Made of metal, it stands out with its expressive bell-shaped lampshade. A design classic, “Pantop” has stood the test of time. The Panton lamp comes in a superb palette of colours, each carefully selected, to bring its own personality and mood to the collection. Verner Panton: "Colours have a meaning and function. " Verner Panton is one of the most famous designers of the last century. He excelled in the modern, futuristic style. His creations really left their mark on the 1960s Today, his most famous creations are still in production and on display in the most prestigious museums. Recognised by his peers, Verner Panton has received numerous awards, including the International Design Award (three times in 1963, 1981 and 1986), the “Deutsche Auswahl” (five times between 1981 and 1984), Denmark’s Dansk Designgråd Årspris in 1991, and the Norwegian Design Prize in 1992.
