In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.
If at any point prior to confirmation you wish to cancel part or all of your order, please email orders@withflitch.com.

With its urban look, both casual and elegant, not to mention its elegant colour combinations, Paletti will make a splash in a garden, by the pool or on a terrace. Ideal for lounging about for hours, having an aperitif with friends, living outside and in! The materials are resistant to outdoor conditions and hard-wearing. The cushions are filled with a high-quality memory foam padding, meaning they'll stay comfortable over time. The external fabric covers are waterproof and UV-, mould- and stain-resistant! With removable covers that are machine-washable, they're nice and easy to care for. The modular Paletti collection offers countless possibilities. It includes a lounge chair, a corner lounge chair, an ottoman and a coffee table that make up a full living room set. The seats are modular : each seat can be used separately or combined with others to create numerous combinations according to your needs and the space available. Create your own assembly, just how you like it, using the red connectors included to attach the modules to one another. Create wonderful décor with or without the backrest and corner. Anything is possible: a solo armchair, a chaise longue to have a nap on, a corner sofa, a full XXL living room to welcome any number of guests. The large dimensions of the seats and large soft cushions ensure optimal comfort. The base is made of recycled polyethylene. The product purchased meets the requirements of current French and European standards. However, and with regard to the delivery address (especially outside France), we inform you that the product purchased does not meet the requirements of the standards in force in the country of destination.
