Description

This simple but striking elm wood hand-finished dining chair features a caned back and an unusual arched stretcher. Smart enough for the dining room, but equally fabulous around a kitchen table or at a desk.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of the Lalee chair for its pared-back, natural finish and sturdy bent-wood frame - it brings warmth and a touch of artisan craft to any dining space. Its neutral tone works equally well in Scandinavian-inspired rooms, relaxed coastal homes or modern boho schemes, slotting in alongside linen-draped tables and muted rugs. For styling, balance its organic look with soft textiles: think a simple linen cushion or a woven seat pad in stone-grey or ivory to add comfort without overpowering the chair’s delicate curves. Group two or four around a pale oak table, or mix with painted chairs in deep green or slate blue for a bit of casual contrast.
