In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.

Description
The tube or essence of the light. Since the patent was filed in 1967, Sammode's original tube lamp has become a classic of French industrial and architectural lighting. 100% French manufacture for this simple-looking lamp - a transparent tube mounted in a sealed steel structure - which uses a sophisticated technique. Popular among professionals for its performance and robustness, the Sammode tube lamp quickly became cult object. Sammode lights are used in many prestigious buildings such as the National Library of France in Paris, the Ray and Maria Stata Center designed by Franck Gehry in Cambridge (United States) or the Mama Shelter Hotel in Paris, decorated by Philippe Starck. Sammode brings its industrial excellence to the general public by creating a specific range of lighting for the home. All Sammode Studio lights are manufactured, assembled and packaged at its Châtillon-sur-Saône plant in the Vosges. These quality lamps with their industrial design combine timeless lines and the latest technology. They provide appropriate, refined lighting, as well as a singular industrial aesthetic with a strong identity. The Musset lamp can be used as a wall or ceiling light or a pendant (different types of fixings are included). Waterproof (IP68), it can be used inside, outside and in wet rooms. This light adds charm and character to your terrace, living room, bathroom. Inserted inside a steel frame, the transparent glass tube reveals its internal reflector in tinted aluminium as well as the metal grilles that cover the two attractive LED filament bulbs (included). The grilles filter the light gently without dazzling you. The tinted reflector imbues the light with subtle silver, copper, brass or bluish shades. When using the lamp as a wall light, the glass tube rotates through 360°, which lets you adjust the lighting. Suspended from the ceiling by its two steel cords, the tube is completely revealed and brings a feeling of lightness and finesse. The Musset lamp comes in a wide range of colours that offer the opportunity to fully express your creativity.
