In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.
If at any point prior to confirmation you wish to cancel part or all of your order, please email orders@withflitch.com.

Description
Our Lyon metal outdoor chair and footstool with cushions and matching round metal side table is a gorgeous garden set perfect for balconies, decks or conservatories. The squared shape of the chair and footrest and round side table are a simple and unfussy design for life's simple pleasures - sitting outside, birdsong, a book and a drink! The set is constructed from sturdy powder coated metal, with matching PE rattan details and plump fabric cushions to support you in comfort. The metal table has a deep outer lip to stop anything from slipping off, and 'handle' detail to the centre, giving it a decidedly industrial look. It rests of 4 sturdy legs with cross bar beneath with anti-slip feet. The frame and table are UV and weather resistant so shouldn't fade. The cushions are splash proof (so if any spills occur, pick up the cushion and give it a firm pat on the underside to encourage the droplets to roll off). However, the cushions should not be left outside or in damp conditions. Store them somewhere warm and dry. If they do get wet then allow them to fully dry in the sun or somewhere warm before you store them. This set includes a FREE water resistant cover but please note, this is not fully waterproof and you should still store your cushions somewhere dry during wet weather and through winter.
