Description

Bring the drama to your interior decor with the stunning Lincoln Pendant Ceiling Light. This statement fitting is finished in a stunning satin brass tone; paired beautifully with the champagne tinted glass shades from which the warm light fills your room with an ambient glow. This stylish centrepiece is ideal for adding a contemporary statement to any living room, dining room or bedroom.

Our Stylist Says

I love the modern, sculptural look of this pendant. Its satin brass finish gives it a warm, inviting feel, making it a versatile choice across a variety of interiors. It works especially well in contemporary or mid-century inspired spaces, where its geometric form can serve as a statement piece. For styling tips, consider hanging it in a dining room or above a kitchen island to create visual interest without overwhelming the space. Pair it with soft, neutral tones to let the brass finish stand out, or combine it with other metallic accents for a more layered, eclectic look. Its adjustable cord also offers flexibility in height, making it practical for different ceiling heights and room layouts.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
