In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.
If at any point prior to confirmation you wish to cancel part or all of your order, please email orders@withflitch.com.

The Nova - Left Hand Ciara Firepit Corner Dining Set - Willow is the ideal choice for those who want to enjoy their garden all year round. This furniture is ideal for entertaining all year round. This is because the stunning Heritage rattan dining table includes a firepit in the centre of the table. This firepit gives off both heat and light, allowing you to warm your guests and extend your party well into the evening as well as use your garden all year round. This set also comes with a spacious left-handed corner sofa group, as well as 3 padded footstools which can be used to put your feet up or double up as extra seating. The furniture is crafted using rustproof powder coated aluminium frames as well as a 7mm PE synthetic rattan weave which is fully weather proof and can be left outside all year round, enduring temperatures of +40°C and -20°C. This set comes with padded cushions throughout which help to improve the comfort of the furniture. Whilst these cushions are not fully weatherproof, they will survive a light shower and can be cleaned easily should spills occur. We do, however, recommend storing the cushions indoors when not in use. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth.
