I’d reach for the Lynden chair whenever I need a versatile, quietly elegant armchair - its soft seat and neat teak legs with brass castors suit everything from a modern Scandi living room to a classic country sitting-room. The muted upholstery tone makes it easy to layer with patterned cushions or a cosy throw without overwhelming the space. For styling, tuck it beside a slim side table and an arc lamp to create a reading nook, or pair two in a bay window with matching ottomans. I’d choose accessories in warm neutrals or soft pastels to complement the wood legs, and add a textured rug underneath to anchor the look and prevent scuffs on wooden floors.
