In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.

Description
These curtains are fuss-free and plain, making them the ideal starting point for layering up with other patterns and textures in your home. They're made from pure cotton and are available in a variety of colours. The pencil pleat heading creates small, neat folds at the top of the curtain and the lining adds the perfect finish, improving the drape of the curtains. Choosing the right size These curtains can be hung with a pole or track using curtain hooks (not included). There are three hook positions on the heading, allowing you to choose how your curtains sit against the track or pole. For example, if you're using a track you may want to use the middle or lower row of hooks to cover the track, whereas if you're using a pole you may want to use the top row of hooks so the curtains hang below the rings. The specified drop is taken from the top row of hook pockets to the bottom edge of the curtain. The width stated indicates the size of one curtain panel when laid completely flat. This pack contains two panels, and the track/pole length we've recommended allows for the two panels to be gathered when the curtains are drawn. For a fuller look, increase the curtain width. One pair of 117cm width curtains will fit a curtain track/pole size of 117-167cm One pair of 167cm width curtains will fit a curtain track/pole size of 133-167cm One pair of 228cm width curtains will fit a curtain track/pole size of 182-228cm Worth knowing... We package our curtains in recycled materials to keep them protected whilst they make their way to you. When they arrive they may be creased. We recommend you follow the ironing instructions on the back of the packaging prior to hanging your curtains. Be aware that each style of curtain has different ironing instructions, including heat limitations according to the fabric, so do make sure you follow the guidance provided to get the best results.
