In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.
If at any point prior to confirmation you wish to cancel part or all of your order, please email orders@withflitch.com.

Handmade in the UK exclusively for Heal's, at the centre of the Premium Sleep Mohair Mattress sits 2200 pocket springs each of which has been hand sewn and nested into a honeycomb structure to move independently from one another responding to the natural contours of the body and movements during the night.<p> The springs are then wrapped in resilient horse hair and hand teased mohair - long regarded one of the most luxurious fillings it is prized for being light, durable and exquisitely soft.<p> On top of these rest breathable layers of lambswool and cotton, which help wick away moisture from the body during the night as well as regulate body temperature for a fresh night's sleep all year round.<p> Available in a choice of soft, medium or firm tension, the Natural Sleep Mohair mattress is filled, tufted and stitched entirely by hand with Heal's ticking providing the finishing touch. Hand filled, tufted and stitched in Britain, the Natural Sleep Mohair Mattress features 2200 honeycomb nested pocket springs encased within luxurious hand-teased mohair. Available in a choice of three tensions, this mattress is topped with layers of the finest natural fleeces with each of the fillings chosen for its comfort, insulation and breathability.
About Heal's
A Rich Legacy in Furniture Design
Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.
By the 1900s, almost everyone in London knew Heal's for its great furniture. Interestingly, they were also among the first to sell electric lights in Britain. During World War II, their main store even helped by making parachutes for soldiers.
Influences and Design Philosophy
A significant part of Heal's story is Sir Ambrose Heal, who worked there for 60 years, from 1893 to 1953. He had a unique idea combine the beautiful designs from the Arts and Crafts Movement with affordable manufacturing.
This meant more people could buy well-designed furniture without breaking the bank. If you visit the Heal's store on Tottenham Court Road in London, you'll see a cool spiral staircase and a statue of a bronze cat, both of which show off the company's unique style.
Modern Expansion and Growth
While Heal's has a long history, they're always looking forward. In 2001, a company named Wittington Investments bought Heal's, helping it to grow and open stores in many cities, including Manchester and Leeds.
They've also started selling products online, aiming to be a modern e-commerce store with physical showrooms. Their main Tottenham Court Road store celebrated 200 years in 2018. Recently, they revamped it, making it even better for shoppers.
