Description

Flexibility doesn’t have to come at the expense of form, as the Morven collection of sofas by Danish design studio Says Who shows, comprising 2 and 3 seaters in addition to individual modules that can be customised and configured to suit your taste and space. Exclusive to Heal’s, each piece in the collection features a sumptuous, pillow-like silhouette that's inspired by its namesake mountain, while expert craftsmanship provides optimum support. A deep, duvet-like seat is joined by a duck feather-filled high-back and integrated side cushioning to soften the sofa’s frame. Chunky piped detailing outlines the profile of each piece, further emphasising the relaxed nature of its gentle curves. Better still, it can be upholstered in all Heal’s fabrics.

Our Stylist Says

The Morven 2 Seater in Mist is a versatile choice for both contemporary and classic interiors, thanks to its understated design and subtle brushed cotton finish. I love how the soft, textured fabric adds warmth and comfort without feeling overly casual. It works particularly well in neutral or muted colour schemes, where it can be complemented with layered cushions and throws for a cosy look. To style it effectively, consider pairing it with statement lighting and pared-back accessories to keep the focus on the sofa’s clean lines, or add patterned cushions for a touch of personality. Its neutral tone also makes it easy to update with seasonal accents, making it a practical yet stylish addition to a variety of living spaces.

About Heal's

Explore from Heal's. Founded in 1810, Heal's are an iconic brand with a history of innovation, and are synonymous with timeless elegance and exceptional design.

A Rich Legacy in Furniture Design

Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.

By the 1900s, almost everyone in London knew Heal's for its great furniture. Interestingly, they were also among the first to sell electric lights in Britain. During World War II, their main store even helped by making parachutes for soldiers.

Influences and Design Philosophy

A significant part of Heal's story is Sir Ambrose Heal, who worked there for 60 years, from 1893 to 1953. He had a unique idea combine the beautiful designs from the Arts and Crafts Movement with affordable manufacturing.

This meant more people could buy well-designed furniture without breaking the bank. If you visit the Heal's store on Tottenham Court Road in London, you'll see a cool spiral staircase and a statue of a bronze cat, both of which show off the company's unique style.

Modern Expansion and Growth

While Heal's has a long history, they're always looking forward. In 2001, a company named Wittington Investments bought Heal's, helping it to grow and open stores in many cities, including Manchester and Leeds.

They've also started selling products online, aiming to be a modern e-commerce store with physical showrooms. Their main Tottenham Court Road store celebrated 200 years in 2018. Recently, they revamped it, making it even better for shoppers.
