I’d call this brown PU-leather recliner simply “the lounger” - it’s one of my go-to pieces for adding both comfort and structure to a room. I love its clean lines and warm tone, which make it equally at home in a Scandi-style living room or a mid-century modern study. The ergonomic shape means it works brilliantly as a reading nook centrepiece, especially when paired with a simple round side table and a slim-profile floor lamp.
To style it, drape a neutral or subtly patterned throw over one arm and tuck in a cushion in a contrasting texture - think boucle or woven linen - to break up the smooth PU surface. Anchor the lounger with a low-pile rug in muted greys or beiges and keep any extra furnishings minimal so the chair remains the star of the corner. A small plant or stack of books on the side table will complete a practical yet inviting look.
