In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.

Description
Handmade from natural rattan, the Eden four-seater lounging set from Desser is an attractive design for the living room or conservatory. The set includes a three-seater sofa, an armchair, coffee table, lamp table and footstool. The three-seater sofa and the lounge armchair are made with a beautiful wicker weave, high backs and plump cushions to create a luxurious sit. The square side table or lamp table and the coffee table feature a sturdy double cane pole design with a wicker weave top. The coffee table includes storage space at the side for items such as blankets, magazines and newspapers. The footstool is arched for comfort and made at the perfect height to accompany most chairs, including the Desser Eden range. It's fashioned with a double cane pole frame for strength and durability while also being left in its natural colour, meaning that no two pieces are exactly the same. Strong and durable, natural rattan is low maintenance and easy to keep clean. Wipe the furniture clean with a dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth and dry it afterwards. Keep the furniture in a dry environment and avoid leaving it under direct sunlight for prolonged periods. The furniture’s colour lasts longer if moved around a conservatory regularly to protect it from direct sun in the same spot. Sustainably sourced in Indonesia, rattan is fast-growing compared to wood alternatives and, as a companion crop, its farming encourages the preservation of forests. Every part of the rattan vine is used. Outer rattan cane is used for attractive weaving and the solid core is steamed to manipulate it into beautiful furniture shapes.
