I’m a big fan of the Calixta headboard for its honest mix of warm teak and woven leather - it immediately adds texture and depth without feeling over-the-top. It sits beautifully in Scandi-inspired schemes, mid-century modern settings or even pared-back industrial rooms. For styling, keep bedding in soft neutrals, introduce a chunky wool throw for contrast and add slim-lined bedside lamps in brass or matte black. A couple of simple potted plants or a woven wall basket above will balance the solidity of the wood and leather.
