Description

Lovers of classic interior styles will automatically be drawn to our Assan made to order range. Featuring an elegant scrolled back, shapely arms with a hand pleated finish and deep, down-filled seat cushions, this armchair offers a smart and welcoming seat to complete your living room scene.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of this deep-cyan velvet chair for the way its rich hue and soft cotton-velvet finish instantly lift a neutral scheme or add depth to a darker palette. Its gently curved arms and turned legs give it a timeless silhouette that works equally well in contemporary or more traditional settings - think pared-back Scandi living rooms, cosy reading nooks or even a moody study. To style, keep surrounding décor simple: a chunky knit throw in a soft grey, a contrasting brass floor lamp and a low-pile jute rug will let the chair take centre stage. Pair with muted linens or a patterned cushion in complementary tones, and vacuum the velvet regularly to maintain its pile and keep it looking fresh.

Fast forward to today, and they're stationed in Frome, Somerset, having evolved from tiny decorative trinkets to an expansive range of stylish furniture and more.

Globe-Trotting for the Perfect Piece

The team at Cox & Cox have a knack for hunting down unique pieces. They travel around the globe, exploring markets, meeting artisans, and diving into the world of design.

Out of the hundreds of items they come across, they meticulously select those that align with their ethos high-quality, functional, and stylish. And, with their offerings split into six distinct trends, they've got a bit of inspiration for every kind of home lover.
